Christmas Pavlova

8 Large egg whites
500gr Caster Sugar
1 tablespoon Corn flour
2tablespoon White Vinegar
pinch of salt
Lots of cream
Whatever fruit you choose
oven temp. 180 Degree Celcius/ Gas mark 4

Beat egg white untill stiff, ad sugar gradually and then fold in corn flour and vinegar.
Pile into a round heap on baking tray covered with baking paper.
Place in oven and immadietely turn heat down to 150 degree Celcius/gas mark no 2.
Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Then turn off the cooker and leave tha Pavlova to go cold.
Turn it over into a large serving dish (the flat bottom will be now on top, ready for the cream).

Just Whip the cream and decorate with fruit.
